The natural focus
of interest in llfracombe is the sea but there is plenty to do on shore as
well with its quaint High Street, theatre and plenty of shops. Noted for its
mild climate, Ilfacombe is renowned for its coastline setting and for the
rugged beauty of the surrounding Exmoor. It is a very pleasant resort and
its pretty harbour is a constant source of interest.
The Palm Court Hotel.
This is a fine, family run hotel providing really good food and first class
accommodation and the largest entertainment suites in the town. It is well
located in the centre of Ilfracombe, only a 50 yard level walk to the
seafront and naturally all rooms
are en-suite with TV and tea/coffee making. There is a LIFT to all
rooms.
The itinerary involves: Two excursions. One visiting
Barnstaple and Bideford and a second travelling over
Exmoor to Lynton
and Lynmouth.
The cost includes: Coach travel to and from the resort, four

The Palm Court is
ideally situated just of the seafront and is a short walk to the Carpet
Gardens, Pier, Bandstand, Theatres and Shopping Centre. Walking distance from
the railway station. The hotel has a permanent ramped entrance, accessible
rooms for wheelchair users and a lift to every floor.

Morecambe & The Lake
District
The pleasant
resort of Morecambe is ideally situated for a relaxing break and for touring
the Lake District.
The Broadway Hotel
The Broadway Hotel has a superior location on the quieter east promenade
with superb views across Morecambe bay and is an excellent base from which
to visit the Lake District
The itinerary involves: Two excursions, one via
Windermere and Ullswater to Keswick. The second visiting
Kendal via Kirby Londsdale.

The Kistor is a situated at the bottom of belgrave road opposite Torr Abbey
Meadows in level location adjacent to the sea front where you can take a
level leisurely walk on the promenade to the bottom of the town and pretty
harbour. The hotel Kistor has three seperate lounges and an indoor swimming
pool and sauna and Jacuzzi. There is a LIFT.
